About the Trainer:
Thomas "Mo" took his first dog course at age 12 and has been training ever since. While it started with his passion for bird hunting, it quickly became a career goal in law enforcement. He finally retired as the K9 Sergeant after his beloved "Rex" passed away from bone cancer. Together they served in Colorado for over 5 years on patrol, specializing in tracking, narcotics detection, and apprehension. Professionally he spent over 2,000 documented hours in organized training, facilitated weekly handler instruction, and performed numerous demonstrations.
In the pursuit of new skills, he relocated his family back east for an opportunity in explosives detection with a dual-purpose Belgian Malinois. Mo believes you can never stop learning and he never intends to. His approach to canine training is custom-tailored. With a vast array of techniques and methodologies, he provides a unique program to suite each individual dog and owner he works with.

Obedience
Solid obedience is the foundational building block for any advanced skill. A well-behaved dog is a pleasure to have as a partner and that's always the goal.
Agility
Young or old, it's never too late to learn new tricks. Take your dog's athleticism to a new level and learn how to show it off.
Tracking
From blood trailing to search and rescue, preparing your dog takes time and repetition. It's literally all fun and games building their confidence.
Odor
Explosives, narcotics, bugs, articles and more... Sky's the limit on what a dog can scent discriminate.
Hunting
A polished bird dog turns the hobby into a passion. With proper exposure, blind retrieves, casting, and hold conditioning, there's no going back.
Protection
This is a personal favorite. Get set for success with the control of aggression. The results yield an ability to think and obey under extreme pressure.
